Bondi Fires Rowdy DOJ Employee After Heckling National Guard

A paralegal at the Department of Justice boasts about shouting and gesturing at National Guard soldiers in D.C. – now she’s been fired on the spot.

A Gesture That Cost Her the Job

It took only a few seconds, but the consequences proved life-changing. Elizabeth Baxter, a paralegal in the Department of Justice’s environmental division, was caught on video turning her back to the National Guard and loudly exclaiming: “F–k the National Guard!” in an unruly manner.

The incident occurred at Metro Center in Washington, where she later bragged about it to a security guard in the DOJ’s 4CON building.

Bondi Responds Firmly

Attorney General Pam Bondi did not hesitate. After a brief investigation, the termination letter was promptly issued:
“If you oppose our mission and disrespect law enforcement — you will NO LONGER work at DOJ.”

Bondi has repeatedly emphasized that, under her leadership, the Department of Justice will wholeheartedly support Trump’s public safety policies.

Not the First Case This August

Baxter’s dismissal is the second in just a few weeks. Earlier this month, Sean Charles Dunn, another DOJ paralegal, was fired after throwing a sandwich at a CBP agent.

Dunn is now facing misdemeanor charges that could result in up to one year in jail.

A Clear Message from Washington

Two firings in a short period send a strong message that Bondi is willing to take a tough stance — even against her own staff. At the same time, hundreds of federal troops have been deployed in D.C. to help curb crime.

There is no doubt about the policy: Loyalty and respect for law enforcement officers are non-negotiable at the Department of Justice.
